My path began working in memory care with elders, where I witnessed how touch, presence, and genuine connection could bring comfort in moments where words no longer could. I saw how a gentle hand, an attentive breath, or simply being with someone could ease pain, soothe the nervous system, and create a sense of dignity and peace. That experience shaped me profoundly.

I studied at Texas Center for Massage Therapy graduating with 815.5 credit hours in 2016. Over the past decade, continuing education has continually refined my skill, intuition, and depth as a practitioner. Advanced training in massage therapy, Craniosacral work, Reiki, and End-of-Life care has strengthened my clinical knowledge, nervous system awareness, and trauma-informed approach—allowing me to work safely and effectively with complex physical and emotional needs.

More than technique, ongoing learning has deepened my presence. I listen with my hands and my heart, blending structural bodywork with subtle energy awareness to create sessions that are integrative, grounding, restorative and soulful: rooted in anatomy, fascia, and the body’s physiology. I remain committed to growth so I can offer care that is both evidence-informed and soul-centered—supporting each client with skill, compassion, and intention. Most of all, this is a space where you don’t have to hold anything up.
